Parting Time

They say when one door closes, another opens. Yes, maybe, it will be a good turning point for him and indeed, we are happy for him. As  I have said, tears don't really signify sadness at all. It could also mean 'we're happy for you'.

Goodbyes and farewells, though always the saddest part, aren't really about 'the end'. On the brighter side, it's opening the door through which something better is about to cime. And it's much better to mean 'see you on a later date' than not to see them at all.

I have always been emotional when it comes to goodbyes. I dislike seeing people walk away. I hate being left. I fear being abandoned. I'm scarfed of being alone.

Goodbyes are always the saddest and hardest part. Though you know, and you are very much hopeful that one day, your roads will cross again, there's still this fear that they might not remember or recognize you anymore. Oh welll, I believe though, when you had taken a part of them, you can assure somehow that they will never forget you. Except when they had amnesia. Lols. Kidding aside, heart that once cared so much never forgets. Pampalubag loob.

Just found out early this morning that tatay D is not coming back here in Manila anymore. He's going to stay in Cebu for good. About two weeks ago, he bid goodbye to give way to his vacation in Cebu, where his family were. Never knew that his vacation will continue to his career growth. A literally 'good' bye for him, except for that fact that he's leaving us  And just one ironic thing: my birth month's supposed to be something to celebrate, but how would I do that when everything there is, is goodbye? Sad.

We will surely miss you, tatay D, as you've been as dearly as a father to us, just like Tatay C. We're more than thankful for being given the chance to be your daughters. We hope and pray that you'd be better in Cebu, that you may be happier being closer to your family, and that father Lord may always guide and bless you and your family, and your 'new family' there. Lastly, I wish that you won't ever forget us, even when the whole EnergyFM leave the TV5 office. I look forward to seeing you again one day and be able to take picture with you again and your sweet smile. We will forever bring with us the things you always remind us, three.

Thank you, Tatay D. See you soooooon!
