According to Alec of PBB Teens:

1. Bawal ang word na "BASTA".

2. Bawal mang-iwan dapat may FORMAL GOODBYE.

3. Never change topic.

4. Bawal mag isip ng pagkaen.

5. Walang magtatakip ng mukha.

6. Eye contact.

7. Talk to me in present, never bring up the past.

8. When you start something, FINISH IT!

9. Don't be quiet.

10. Follow the 9 rules.

There. I highlighted few words to be emphasized. But not because I totally agree, but because right now, I can relate myself. Don't want to go in details anymore.
